Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 Points table and Team Standings:The second season of most interesting T20 Domestic tournament, Pakistan Super League (PSL), 2017 had started on February 9 th, with great names hitting the stage.

PSL 2017 Final to be held in Lahore

Five teams are set to contest this tournament and all five teams are in super power as many of the overseas players have joined the squad. All the matches will be played in United Arab Emirates (UAE). The final of the match will be held in Lahore, but it is subject to the security clearance. During the first draft of the PSL, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi is interested in hosting the final match in Lahore. But, before that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) should get security clearance.
It is also an open comment by PCB, that some of the overseas players are feeling unsafe to travel down to Pakistan during the final match. If it is the case, the final draft will be held and overseas players will be replaced by Pakistani players. The first draft was held in Oct 2016, in which 414 players names were listed which includes both overseas and Pakistani players. Franchises were given to 5 teams and each team was asked to take their squad of 20 players which includes maximum cap of seven overseas players in each side. At the end of draft, 100 players were selected which includes 35 overseas players.

The teams are scheduled to play each of their opponents twice in round-robin format. After the conclusion of group stages, four teams which top the table will be eligible for play-offs stage. Pakistan Super League will also witness the rules and regulations followed by International Cricket Council (ICC). The super over will comes into action when there is tie in the match.
After two games, Peshwar Zalmi tops the table which net run rate of +0.309. As only one round of stage is over, we are unable to predict the scores.
